With eleven meeting and banqueting rooms we aim to guarantee a superb Central London space for your event.
At The Union Jack Club you can comfortably host from two to 160 people for everything from business meetings, seminars, awaydays, conferences and training courses, to wedding receptions, parties, fine dining and association banquets. We offer a range of delicious professional in-house catering options and the expert team is on hand to ensure the successful planning and delivery of your event.
Additionally, whilst members do pay less, you do not have to be one to arrange an event or book a meeting, and as a corporate or charity client you can access the bar, restaurant and accommodation usually available only to Club serving and veteran members.
Our largest room, the Gascoigne Suite, is perfect for up to 160 guests and features a private bar and entrance. Fully refurbished in 2021, it is a large but intimate space, ideal for receptions, parties and banquets or presentations and meetings. A variety of layouts, state-of the art Logitech AV equipment for exception hybrid meeting experience, microphones, 75” screen, PA and induction loop can all be tailored for your specific event. A registration area and cloakroom also adjoin the room.
We offer a choice of four 23rd floor rooms with seating for between 8 and 30 guests, in a variety of configurations. All rooms have natural daylight, broadband Wi-Fi, large screen TVs, AV equipment, air conditioning and opening windows, tea, coffee and water machines and stunning views over Central London. The Disney Room is fitted with advanced Logitech video conferencing technology.
The Cowap and Langley rooms, on the 2nd floor, offer boardroom-style tables for up to 16 people in a bright, comfortable, contemporary business environment. Each comes with large screen TVs, Wi-fi, tea, coffee and water machines and air-conditioning and opening windows. The Burns Room, also on the 2nd floor, is a flexible and generously sized space that can accommodate up to 40 guests, for theatre-style presentations, training and receptions. Large screen TV, tea, coffee and water machines, Wi-Fi and natural light and air conditioning are included.
The Reserved Bar Lounge offers a traditional feel and boasts its own private bar. The room is can comfortably host seated dining for up to 30 guests, or welcome up to 50 for a standing reception. Warm oak panelling and military artwork gives the room great character and a special atmosphere for your event.
The Lawrence Room, is named in honour of former Club member T.E. Lawrence, more famously known as Lawrence of Arabia, but as Airman Shaw when at the UJC. Located next to the impressive library and snug and contains some fascinating items from The Union Jack Club’s long and honourable history. The room provides a boardroom-style venue for up to 12 guests and a large screen can be provided.
The Union Jack Club’s team of skilled chefs can provide the very best in catering for your hungry guests. From a delicious four-course banquet, to cold finger buffets our menus draw their inspiration from the Best of British classic and traditional dishes, with a few flourishes besides! Food is prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients and presented with love, care and attention to the detail.
