Evening Talk: Escapes From Colditz

Talks, Events & Attractions

SORRY - SOLD OUT!  Discover the Colditz “home runs” of heroes such as Airey Neave and ‘Billie’ Stephens, who bypassed German security to reach neutral Switzerland. Their journeys continued through occupied France, using the Pat Line and Francoise networks to navigate the treacherous Pyrenees. As we follow these escape routes, we can appreciate the extraordinary bravery required to cross the mountains and reach neutral Spain. Experience the inspiring history of those who defied the Third Reich. Join us for a great evening of story-telling that will start off with a welcome glass of wine.
